	PR libgcj/30999:
	* jni_md.h: Add the possibility to compile jni code with.
	-fvisibility=hidden. This causes all symbols to be hidden
	except the JNI functions which need to be exported.

Tom Tromey eca5a6a939 jni.h (_Jv_va_list): Removed. 
* include/jni.h (_Jv_va_list): Removed.
	Moved configuration code...
	* include/jni_md.h: ... here.  New file.
	* include/Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
	* include/Makefile.am (tool_include__HEADERS): Added jni_md.h.
