	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_CHECK_OS): Add AIX target selecting threads
	  flag based on multilib definition of $CXX.
	* mknumeric_limits (LDFLAGS): Add AIX target linking with pthreads
	  based on multilib definition of $CXX.
	* config/os/aix/bits/os_defines.h (_G_USING_THUNKS): Define as 0.
