	it in a special @if/@endif block, and prepare its maybe
	dependency in the @if/@endif block
	* configure.in: Instead of writing maybe dependencies, remove
	the @if/@endif statements, and remove the @if/@endif blocks
	that remain.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
