* lib/libstdc++.exp: Use global variable ld_library_path (not local)
that is a lot more persistent; dejagnu-980528 needs this.
* lib/libstdc++.exp (test_stdc++): Use regular expression " -lstdc.."
to remove -lstdc++ arguments (not " -lstdc.*").
