(get_base_file_bitmap): Rename get_lang_bitmap and drastically
simplify, relying on read_input_list to set up the bitmaps.
(main): Arguments are no longer unused. Check for correct number
of command line arguments, set srcdir and srcdir_len, then call
read_input_list, before doing anything else. No need to worry
about duplicates in main loop.
* configure.ac: Simplify the calculation of all_gtfiles.
Put language tags in there. Don't set or substitute
all_gtfiles_files_langs or all_gtfiles_files_frags.
* Makefile.in: Revamp the way gengtype is invoked, now that it
takes a file on its command line with a much simpler format.
Remove or replace with gtyp-input.list all references to gtyp-gen.h.
(GTFILES): Remove duplicates and C source files.

* Makefile.def (flags_to_pass): Add STAGE1_CFLAGS and STAGE1_LANGUAGES.
* Makefile.tpl (OBJDUMP): New.
(EXTRA_HOST_FLAGS): Add it.
(EXTRA_GCC_FLAGS): Remove flags already specified in flags_to_pass.
* Makefile.tpl (stage[+id+]-start, stage[+id+]-end): Do not try
to use symbolic links between directories. Avoid race conditions
or make them harmless.
* configure.in: Do not try to use symbolic links between directories.
* Makefile.def (LEAN): Pass.
* Makefile.tpl (LEAN): Define.
(stage[+id+]-start): Accept that the previous directory does not
exist, if the bootstrap is lean.
(stage[+id+]-bubble): Invoke lean bootstrap commands after
