6248218aee Makefile.tpl (check-gcc-c++): Renamed from check-c++. 
* Makefile.tpl (check-gcc-c++): Renamed from check-c++.  Don't run
        library tests.
        (check-c++): Just depend on it and check-target-libstdc++-v3.
