Ben Elliston bce1b48955 Makefile.in: Rewrite. 
* Makefile.in: Rewrite.
        * configure.in: Likewise.
        * configure: Regenerate.
        * All .c files.  Remove "objc" prefix when including objc header
        files.  Include tconfig.h, not ../tconfig.h.
