	* include/bits/locale_facets.tcc (__verify_grouping): New
	function. Consolidate num_get and money_get group checking into
	one function.
	(money_get): Use it.
	* src/locale.cc (num_get::_M_extract): Use it.
	* src/locale-inst.cc: Add instantiation.
