Thomas Schwinge 26f9331258 libgomp: Make nvptx helper routines self-contained.
libgomp/
	* oacc-ptx.h (GOACC_INTERNAL_PTX): Add GOACC_tid, GOACC_ntid,
	GOACC_ctaid, and GOACC_nctaid routines.
