* aclocal.m4: Quote final argument of patsubst.  Use
	3-argument form of AC_DEFINE.  Restore quotes to [] while
	using AC_FD_CC.
	* configure.in: Remove unnecessary changequote calls.
	* configure, config.in: Regenerate.
