Ian Lance Taylor 896e7917c0 hash_map: Don't #include "backward_warning.h" if _GLIBCXX_PERMIT_BACKWARD_HASH is defined. 
* include/backward/hash_map: Don't #include "backward_warning.h"
	if _GLIBCXX_PERMIT_BACKWARD_HASH is defined.
	* include/backward/hash_set: Likewise.
