* pa.c (hppa_encode_label): Correct size of alloca buffer
so we don't overrun it. Correct leading `*' case.
* pa.h (STRIP_NAME_ENCODING): Simplify now that we don't
need to handle `*@'.
(FUNCTION_NAME_P): Likewise.
