        (dpm_hash, dpm_eq): New.
        (handle_pragma_push_macro, handle_pragma_pop_macro): New.
        (init_pragma): Install them.
        * doc/tm.texi (HANDLE_PRAGMA_PUSH_POP_MACRO): New.
