Neil Booth c83857ff28 c-opts.c (CL_REJECT_NEGATIVE): New.
* c-opts.c (CL_REJECT_NEGATIVE): New.
	(c_common_decode_option): Update to use it.
	* c.opt: Update documentation; use RejectNegative.
	* opts.sh: Handle RejectNegative.
