* include/experimental/any (any::_Manager_alloc::_Data): Reorder
	tuple members to simplify pretty printing.
	(any::_Manager_alloc::_Data::_M_construct): Fix uses-allocator
	construction.
	* testsuite/experimental/any/cons/4.cc: New.
