	* src/Makefile.am: Update.
	* include/ext/string_conversions.h: Add.
	* include/Makefile.am: Update.
	* include/bits/basic_string.h: Include string_conversions.h,
	define numeric conversion functions.
	* include/ext/vstring.h: Likewise.
	* src/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* include/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
