	* include/c_std/cuchar: New.
	* include/precompiled/stdc++.h: Include <cuchar>.
	* testsuite/17_intro/headers/c++200x/stdc++.cc: Include <uchar.h>.
	* testsuite/17_intro/headers/c++200x/stdc++_multiple_inclusion.cc:
	Include <uchar.h>.
