Jason Merrill dc329d2938 straits.h (is_del): Boolify with !!.
* std/straits.h (is_del): Boolify with !!.

        * std/bastring.cc (compare to charT*): Add rlen==n check.
        * std/bastring.h (Rep::grab): Add x86 atomic version.
