	already created.
	* gnu/java/net/PlainSocketImpl.java (getLocalAddress): Handle case
	where localport is -1.
	(create): Now public.
	* gnu/java/nio/SocketChannelImpl.java (SocketChannelImpl): Call
	'create' on the socket.
