* class.c (pushclass): Remove #if 0'd code.
	* cp-tree.h (overload_template_name): Remove.
	* decl.c (store_bindings): Simplify.
	(pop_from_top_level): Likewise.
	* pt.c (overload_template_name): Remove.
	(instantiate_decl): Don't call push_to_top_level if it's not
	needed.

debuggers, etc., plus their support routines, definitions, and documentation.

the Free Software Foundation, Inc.  See the file COPYING or
COPYING.LIB in the various directories, for a description of the
