* acinclude.m4 (enable_cshadow_headers): Fix problems with blddir
and srcdir used to define CSHADOW_INCLUDES..
* configure.in: For consistency, change .sanity_warned to
stamp-sanity-warned.
* acinclude.m4: Tweak formatting.
* Makefile.am (check): Call mkcheck with full pathname for build
directory...
(check-install): And here.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
