	* libdruntime/gcc/sections/elf_shared.d (initTLSRanges): Populate
	_tlsRanges in every startup thread.
	* testsuite/libphobos.thread/thread.exp: Load libphobos-dg.exp.
	* testsuite/libphobos.thread/tlsgc_sections.d: New test.
