Mumit Khan b207e09ce5 clock.c (HZ): Define in terms of (ISO C) CLOCKS_PER_SEC on platforms that don't have HZ.
* clock.c (HZ): Define in terms of (ISO C) CLOCKS_PER_SEC on
        platforms that don't have HZ.
        * getruntime.c (HZ): Likewise.
