* configure: Emit a definition for the new macro enable_shared
into each Makefile.
* config/mh-sparcpic (PICFLAG): Define to properly according
to current multilib configuration.
* config/mt-sparcpic (PICFLAG_FOR_TARGET): Define to properly
according to current multilib configuration.
