	return_temporary_buffer, struct temporary_buffer):  Move to...
        * include/ext/memory:  ...here.
        * testsuite/ext/headers.cc:  Include <ext/rb_tree>.
	* include/backward/tempbuf.h:  Include <ext/memory>, tweak.
	* include/backward/tree.h:  Include <ext/rb_tree), tweak.
