	* parse.y (nested_name_specifier): Adjust calls.
	(typename_sub0): Likewise.
	(typename_sub1): Likewise.
	* parse.c: Regenerated.
	* pt.c (convert_template_argument): Pass complain to
	make_typename_type.
	(tsubst): Likewise.
