	check when we have to.

	* gcj/array.h: Mark elements(JArray<T>& x) and elements(JArray<T>*
	x) as `inline'.

	* java/util/StringTokenizer.java: Minor optimization.  Eliminates
	one method call.

	* java/util/Vector.java (VectorEnumeration.nextElement): Manually
	inline hasMoreElements.
