* Makefile.in (INCLUDES): Reference gcc via $MULTIBUILDTOP.
(FLAGS_TO_PASS): Added.
(runtime-info.h): Reference cc1ibj via $MULTIBUILDTOP.
* archive.c: Change config.h to tconfig.h.
* configure.in: Find gcc's object directory even for multilibs.
