* doc/xml/manual/status_cxx2017.xml: Update status.
	* doc/html/*: Regenerate.
	* include/std/functional (__cpp_lib_boyer_moore_searcher): Define.
	* testsuite/20_util/function_objects/searchers.cc: Test feature macro.
