	* include/debug/array (tuple_size, tuple_element): Do not declare.
	* include/profile/array: Likewise.
	* testsuite/23_containers/array/tuple_interface/
	tuple_element_debug_neg.cc: Adjust dg-error line number.

New users may wish to point their web browsers to the file
index.html in the 'doc/html' subdirectory.  It contains brief
building instructions and notes on how to configure the library in
interesting ways.
