	* include/bits/atomic_0.h: Use it.
	* include/bits/atomic_2.h: Same.
	* testsuite/29_atomics/atomic/cons/assign_neg.cc: Adjust line numbers.
	* testsuite/29_atomics/atomic/cons/copy_neg.cc: Same.
