(REQUIRED_OFILES): Add ./fopen_unlocked.o. Regenerate dependencies. * configure.ac: Check for stdio_ext.h and __fsetlocking. * fopen_unlocked.c: New file. * functions.texi, configure, config.in: Regenerate. From-SVN: r97977
