	* include/bits/stl_deque.h: Same.
	* include/bits/deque.tcc: Same.
	* include/bits/list.tcc: Same.
	* include/debug/vector: Same.
	* include/debug/set.h: Same.
	* include/debug/multiset.h: Same.
	* include/debug/multimap.h: Same.
	* include/debug/map.h: Same.

	* include/debug/formatter.h (__gnu_debug): Remove using directive.
	Add using declaration for std::type_info.

	idiom that other containers use.
	* testsuite/23_containers/vector/bool/clear_allocator.cc: New.
