	* opts.sh: Delete.  Break out generated code to next four files.
	* opt-gather.awk: New file.
	* optc-gen.awk: New file.
	* opth-gen.awk: New file.
	* opt-functions.awk: New common file.
	* Makefile.in: Update for above.
	* configure.ac: Update comment.
	* configure: Regenerate.
