	* include/Makefile.am (bits_sup_headers, stamp-bits-sup): New.
	* include/Makefile.in: Regenerate.

	(install-stdHEADERS, install-bitsHEADERS): New.
	* libsupc++/Makefile.in: Regenerate.

	* include/bits/c++config: Update for inline namespaces.
