	* All source files: Merge from upstream r253555.
	* configure.tgt: Enable LSan on aarch64-*-linux* targets. Add new
	dependences for TSan for aarch64-*-linux* targets.
	* tsan/Makefile.am: Add new source files.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* tsan/Makefile.in: Likewise.
