	* src/c++11/Makefile.am (toolexeclib_LTLIBRARIES,
	libc__11_la_SOURCES): Remove.
	* src/c++11/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* src/c++98/Makefile.am (toolexeclib_LTLIBRARIES,
	libc__98_la_SOURCES): Remove.
	* src/c++98/Makefile.in: Regenerate.

New users may wish to point their web browsers to the file
index.html in the 'doc/html' subdirectory.  It contains brief
building instructions and notes on how to configure the library in
interesting ways.
