* scripts/extract_symvers.pl: Omit symbols bound to base
	versions.
	* scripts/extract_symvers.in: Likewise.
	* config/abi/post/solaris2.9/baseline_symbols.txt: Regenerate.
	* config/abi/post/solaris2.9/sparcv9/baseline_symbols.txt: Likewise.
	* config/abi/post/solaris2.10/baseline_symbols.txt: Likewise.
	* config/abi/post/solaris2.10/amd64/baseline_symbols.txt: Likewise.
	* config/abi/post/solaris2.10/sparcv9/baseline_symbols.txt: Likewise.

file: libstdc++-v3/README

New users may wish to point their web browsers to the file
index.html in the 'doc/html' subdirectory.  It contains brief
building instructions and notes on how to configure the library in
interesting ways.
