(patch_unaryop): Striped static field access assigned to decl and
op. Changed promotion scheme for ++/-- operators.

(patch_loop_statement): Call labeled_block_contains_loop_p. Added

(patch_bc_statement): Call search_loop. Fixed comment.
Mostly bug fixes in some forms of compound expressions and
break/continue target lookup.
