	* configure.ac: Likewise.
	* config/i386/knetbsd-gnu.h: Remove.  * config/i386/knetbsd-gnu64.h: Remove.
	* config/knetbsd-gnu.h: Remove.
	* configure: Regenerate.

index.html in the 'doc/html' subdirectory.  It contains brief
building instructions and notes on how to configure the library in
interesting ways.
