	* include/std/future (launch): Update enumerators and define
	operators required for bitmask type. Remove trailing whitespace.
	* src/future.cc: Remove trailing whitespace.
	* testsuite/30_threads/async/any.cc: Adjust.
	* testsuite/30_threads/async/sync.cc: Adjust.
	* testsuite/30_threads/async/launch.cc: New.
