	contrib:
	* update-copyright.py (LibMudflapFilter): Remove.
	(GCCCmdLine.__init__): Add gotools, libcc1.
	Remove libmudflap.
	List unhandled intl, libcilkrts, libgo, liboffloadmic,
	maintainer-scripts.
