H.J. Lu d48ca70553 Update config/i386/iamcu.h
Copy ASM_OUTPUT_ALIGNED_BSS, ASM_OUTPUT_MAX_SKIP_ALIGN and
ASM_MAYBE_OUTPUT_ENCODED_ADDR_RTX from config/i386/gnu-user.h.

	* config/i386/iamcu.h (ASM_OUTPUT_ALIGNED_BSS): New.
	(ASM_OUTPUT_MAX_SKIP_ALIGN): Likewise.
	(ASM_MAYBE_OUTPUT_ENCODED_ADDR_RTX): Likewise.
