with "ln" as well as with "ln -s".
(installdirs): Simply use mkinstalldirs.
(install-libgcc, install-multilib): Also pass DESTDIR.
* mklibgcc.in: Prepend $(DESTDIR) to $(libsubdir) in the
installation destination variable ldir.
