	* include/c_std/bits/std_cstring.h: Include std_cstddef.h for size_t.

	* include/c_std/bits/std_cwchar.h: Explicit checks for mbstate_t.
	* acconfig.h (HAVE_MBSTATE_T): Add.
	* config.h.in: Regenerate.
	* acinclude.m4(GLIBCPP_CHECK_WCHAR_T_SUPPORT): Always test for
	mbstate_t.
	* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* testsuite/17_intro/headers_c++.cc: New file.
	* testsuite/17_intro/headers_c.cc: Small changes.
