Tom Tromey 7cf4196339 jvgenmain.c (usage): New function. 
* jvgenmain.c (usage): New function.
	(main): Use it.  Also, handle `-D' options.
	* jvspec.c (lang_specific_driver): Recognize -D.
	(jvgenmain_spec): Added `%{D*}' to jvgenmain invocation.
