Jason Merrill bed152e374 configure.ac: Check for __cxa_thread_atexit_impl.
* configure.ac: Check for __cxa_thread_atexit_impl.
	* libsupc++/atexit_thread.cc (__cxa_thread_atexit): Just forward
	to it if available.
	* config.h.in, configure: Regenerate.
