Keith Seitz 896b1c8792 java-interp.h (_Jv_Frame::depth): New function. 
* include/java-interp.h (_Jv_Frame::depth):
        New function.
        * jvmti.cc (_Jv_JVMTI_GetFrameCount): Use _Jv_Frame::depth.
