	* include/ext/stl_hashtable.h:  Likewise.
	* include/ext/stl_rope.h:  Likewise.

	* docs/html/17_intro/license.html:  Remove "experimental" sentence.
	* docs/html/19_diagnostics/howto.html:  Document new verbose
	terminate handler.
	* testsuite/27_io/filebuf.cc:  Fix comment, move tweakable parameter
	to more visible (closer to description) position.
