Evaluate arguments exactly once. (CHAIN_CHECK, DO_CHECK, DO_CHECK1, TREE_CHECK1, TREE_CLASS_CHECK1, TYPE_CHECK1, DECL_CHECK1, CST_CHECK1): Delete.
